• Hosting or distributing illegal content
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages
• Malware, crypto mining, or malicious software
• Unauthorized access attempts or network abuse
• Excessive resource usage impacting other customers

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Prohibited Content

Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

Resource Usage

Customers must not use excessive resources that negatively impact other customers or the infrastructure. Resource limits are enforced to ensure fair usage.

Network Abuse

Any activity that disrupts network services, attempts unauthorized access, or compromises system security is prohibited.

Enforcement

Hostiwex reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon detection of policy violations without prior notice.
